In its more than 30 years of existence, the company has extended its operations to a variety of fields. The TGC team is a highly motivated and dynamic group, led by Beverley Vosloo, the owner, Managing Director and driving force behind the company.

Profile of Beverley Vosloo
Beverley Vosloo, boasts over 40 years of professional work experience, with a remarkable focus on corporate training, recruitment, and coaching. Drawing from a foundational academic background in Social Work, she has consistently updated her knowledge in the ever-evolving realm of HR and management practices, solidifying her position as a top-tier professional in her field.
Starting her career in HR at Johannesburg Consolidated Investments, Beverley swiftly honed her expertise in personnel development. This was especially prominent during her tenure in the 1980s at Pizza Hut, where she took on the role of National Training and Recruitment Manager.
A decade at Pizza Hut, paved the way for Beverley’s subsequent impactful role as the Complex Training and Development Manager at Sun City Resorts. Entrusted with the training function for 4,500 employees and 16 training officers, her responsibilities were vast. Liaising closely with department heads, a Sun City LifeLine Centre was established, which pioneered one of South Africa’s early AIDS counseling facilities in collaboration with the HSRC. Moreover, she coordinated the training of the opening of the Palace hotel staff, facilitated the HOD’s training programs from the Atlantis Resort in the Bahama’s and the exchange program for chefs between Villa De Est’ and Sun International – just to name a few.
1995 marked a transformative year for Beverley as she channeled her expansive experience into founding her own training and recruitment company. For over 28 years, her venture has thrived, supported by Beverley’s relentless energy, dedication, and ethical management principles. The company, built on a foundation of excellence, has secured long-term training, coaching, recruitment and auditing contracts with a myriad of organizations such as Global Resorts, SPAR, Sun International, Cunard Lines, Grindrod, McDonalds, and the Mauritius Government, among others.
